Sixteenth Street Heights is a great neighborhood in Northwest Washington, D.C. It is a place of American Craftsman and American Foursquare townhomes, townhouses, and single-family homes. People are moving into this place as it has a lot of housing and tends to have a better value than in ones in northwest DC areas. This neighborhood is popular with urban professionals because of its easy access to downtown D.C. People working downtown DC will definitely be the best choice living here.
